After my usual window shopping or shall I say internet browsing, I usually find something that is cute yet too expensive to justify purchasing. At Alo Yoga this scrunchie is selling for $12.00 which is a bit pricy as it only includes one.

Throughout my first year of blogging I have learned a lot and experimented with various equipment options. The first background I ever used for instance was a piece of scrapbook paper, before upgrading to an old white sheet. Now I use an actual legit background where I no longer have to use two different sheets to cover the surface area I am photographing. Personally some of mine have done well while others have faded into the background seizing to surface until next New Year’s eve. Anyone else feel the same? Don’t get me wrong, my resolutions were made with a purpose, I even took the time to figure out how to execute them all. So… why did they all not succeed this first month?

Who else feels like the holiday season went by too fast? To kick off the new year I want to do a bit of self reflection regarding resolutions. For starters this was the first type of post I published on this website, crazy to think it has been a year. Every blogger, youtube, content creator, well most focus on goal setting for the new year. How to make your goals surpass the February crash. We’ve all seen those memes of the gym mirroring a Black Friday sale in January and emptying by Valentines day. Ugh!

I had planned to upload at my normal schedule all through the holidays but due to personal circumstances I decided to take a little break. After watching a bunch of these types of videos on youtube, as I do every year, I decided to make one myself. First and foremost I would like to apologize for missing last Saturday’s post day. I scheduled to post a youtube video on my top packing tips but it seemed too blah. Anyway let’s talk about anxiety.
A few months ago I received an opportunity which I would normally say no to. Tired of saying no, I said yes. It was a trip to Nevada with my best friend for his work. Prior to the trip I had planned to vlog the experience but it didn’t work out, sorry loves. The camera was fogging up due to the snow fall, it was a whole thing. Life is full of trial and error my friends.
The holiday season is finally here or should I say already here? ha. I feel as if these last couple of months have flown by. Thanksgiving is versatile as some people dress fancy and others keep it casual. After all we are all just sitting around at the kitchen table with the purpose of showing gratitude. Searching for the perfect pumpkin is the first step. Last week when I roamed the rows of a pumpkin patch farm searching well, mostly low for the right shape and colored pumpkin, I thought painting real pumpkins would be cake. Alright so this pumpkin is a bit slick nothing a couple of coats of paint cannot handle… wrong. This pumpkin experience was a nightmare.
Figuring out how to fit in a workout can be tricky, as well as finding an activity you do not dread to do. I’ve always loved dance, so after graduating I have been contemplating enrolling in more classes. While you can always put in headphones and dance around the room, I however enjoy structured dancing.
