Mental health is one of those things that will forever be at the forefront. It can consume, cripple, or motivate you. While it is starting to become normalized these days or should I say many people are attempting to.
It was not until I hit a low point that people started to ask me what makes me happy. At the time I could not grasp any answer as to what made me happy. Before you hit a low point I urge you to come up with your own list of what makes you happy. The happy list should include little things, activities, places and such to provide an array of options.
