Throughout my first year of blogging I have learned a lot and experimented with various equipment options. The first background I ever used for instance was a piece of scrapbook paper, before upgrading to an old white sheet. In the chilly California winter months I find myself more often than not reaching for a beanie. On these days I do not want to fuss with my hair or have that lingering burnt smell of fried hair. Personally some of mine have done well while others have faded into the background seizing to surface until next New Year’s eve. Anyone else feel the same? Ever year the gym fills up for January and slowly empties out again. Like the ocean, people keep following the tide in and out of fitness. I encourage you to take off the pressure and just do it. This has been a struggle for me too the past couple of years. I was hesitant to even take photos in fitness wear due to the fact that I believed I needed to look like a fitness model. Yes, I am unhappy with my body but I am happy of all the things it allows me to do. That being said I need to treat my body with the respect and love it deserves inside and out. I urge you to do the same plus a little retail therapy never hurts. ha.
For those of you that have seen my what I got for Christmas post/ video, you saw this product that I received for Christmas. I told you in the video that I wanted to do a review on it and I finally did! After watching those painful charcoal mask videos I was curious if this would be the same type of experience, since it states that it has moroccan lava clay in it.
