After my usual window shopping or shall I say internet browsing, I usually find something that is cute yet too expensive to justify purchasing. This happened to be one of those times, instead of just laughing and clicking out I thought why not try to make my own. At Alo Yoga this scrunchie is selling for $12.00 which is a bit pricy as it only includes one.

Easter Basket | Gift Ideas
When we were little we used to get Easter Baskets galore with large stuffed animals, you know the ones from Costco. It used to be so much fun to open them up, play with new toys and such in the afternoon after Easter Sunday service. As we (my sister and I) got older the less times people celebrated us or made us feel special. For the past couple of years my sister has taken on the role of the Easter bunny, filling up baskets for mom, dad, me and even herself. I guess at the end of the day no matter what your age, it is fun to open up a surprise package because it makes you feel special.
5 Fitness Cleaning Hacks| D.I.Y.
I’ll admit it has definitely been awhile since I was consistently working out. Yes, I know fitness is important which is why I am making more of an effort to make it a priority rather than the last thing on the daily to do list. When I was working out my fitness hygiene was extremely low. So how do you clean a yoga mat, gloves, or various equipment?

Petite Tips for Spring/ Summer |2019 Trends
Half Smocked Semi Crop

Do the synched in waist for a fun detail this season, the wide shoulders in Luca’s version makes the waist appear even smaller with a girly country vibe. The Pac Sun version’s bring a more muted tone to the trend. For those that cannot deal with off the shoulder tops there is a cami option too. Overall a fun trend for everyone, including petite princesses. Style with either a skinny fitted bottom or even a loose flow one as the middle leaves room for exploration; the possibilities are endless.

The Happy List |2019
Mental health is one of those things that will forever be at the forefront. It can consume, cripple, or motivate you. While it is starting to become normalized these days or should I say many people are attempting to.
Work Style File | Lookbook
Since it has been awhile since my last style file or what I wore this week this seemed to be the perfect time. The weather around this neck of the woods in California has been a bit chilly with foggy rainy mornings and sunny afternoons. For a reference, it has been around 57-65 degrees Fahrenheit here. Considering the fact that it is required to wear closed toed shoes in the office I rarely wear heels unless they are boots. That being said I still uphold a semi relaxed formal attire. All of these looks include soft, warm yet breathable material to provide all day comfort.
Bizond Clothing Steamer | Review
If you are a true diva fashionista you check the tag prior to purchase to receive the full run down. One of the most important factors of course is the materials and care instructions. Does the dreaded word iron appear or not? While I attempt to stay away from fabrics that are prone to wrinkling, it seems as if there are always a couple of pieces that wrinkle up from time to time. If you are anything like me and dread dragging out the iron and ironing board, it is time to make a change.
Practically Stylish & Playful | Lookbook
Staying creative is more of a release that I need in order to function, at least that is how it feels. For my first major sewing project since graduation I wanted to make something fun. From university I have collected a small array of material, which included this fun glow in the dark monsters print. Yes, I did use a pattern to ease back in, if you would like to know the exact number let me know.
Healthy Snacks | Easy
Before we dive into the actual snacks I want clarify my standards when it comes to defining a healthy snack verses a non-healthy one. First and foremost, it must have REAL ingredients and be in nonlinguistic terms. In other words, I should be able to read the ingredients list without feeling as if I am at a national spelling bee. Companies use complicated verbiage to confuse you. Did you know there are more than three terms used to identify regular sugar on a standard ingredient list? If you cannot read the ingredients, yes you can google them, however, you should not have to.
