The holiday season is finally here or should I say already here? ha. I feel as if these last couple of months have flown by. Thanksgiving is versatile as some people dress fancy and others keep it casual. After all we are all just sitting around at the kitchen table with the purpose of showing gratitude. Whether you enjoy dress up or not this look book covers various styles.
Prior to skipping out with this purse I had never experienced the backpack purse. It was my twenty second birthday, my mom and boyfriend had taken me shopping where I found the prettiest fall booties. The sales lady asked if I would like to receive a purse at a discounted rate for purchasing the booties. That is when I laid my eyes on my new obsession, the backpack purse. A few weeks ago my beloved bag’s zipper broke. I placed it off to the side and thought it was time to move on.
Although I own a lot of dresses this one has been receiving the most love since I purchased it. California and fall sometimes go together well, this year it has been so dry. It is November and we still have yet to have a rainy day. Ugh! I love fall so I feel a little cheated. Since this dress has about two inch straps it is perfect for this odd weather, however, it can be layered in multiple ways if it ever gets to fall weather here.
Since the first trailer came out for Ralph Breaks the Internet, I have been hooked and rather excited for it to come out in theaters. Above are the oldest boots in my collection, at about four years old. These tend to get a lot of love during the fall season, however, Carlos Santana boots do not wear out easily. Knee high boots are definitely a staple for fall, I recommend a semi loose classic brown or black color. The buckles on the side provide a unique touch making them give off a cowboy boot vibe.
It is officially fall! My favorite time of the year, when the leaves fall and fashion starts to change. Above are the top colors forecasted by Pantone for the fall 2018 season. It is a palette I have gotten to know fairly well, since fashion designers use this source in the opposite season prior to its debut. I worked with this palette at the beginning of this year at university ha. My favorite has to be the either the Ultra Violet (light purple, 3rd bottom row) or the Valiant Poppy (red, 2nd top row). Figuring out how to fit in a workout can be tricky, as well as finding an activity you do not dread to do. I’ve always loved dance, so after graduating I have been contemplating enrolling in more classes. While you can always put in headphones and dance around the room, I however enjoy structured dancing.
Although we are crawling into fall at the end of this month, cali weather does not seem to finally change until the end of October. Anyone else wishing for a cold fall and winter? Today is yet another wedding to end out the popular summer wedding season.
