Many Youtubers have been wearing Albion Fit swimwear for the last couple of years raging about their high quality, modesty and overall chic style. Before jumping into this post, no, this post is not sponsored by Albion Fit. The key to feeling and looking confident in a swimsuit is knowing what body type you have and wearing a suit that excentuates it.

Curly Hair Transformation | Easy & Affordable
Time to confess, my hair had not been cut in over eight months, which means it was only two months’ overdue right? How often do you cut your hair? For the last couple of years whenever I go for a haircut my intention is for more than a little trim. This time I did something I have never done before, a three-inch haircut with a natural hairstyling. Any other time I would have my hairdresser blow dry and straighten or even curl my naturally curly hair. As I am trying to embrace more of my natural roots I wanted to see what magic my hairdresser could do. For some reason she always amazes me with how well and fast she styles my hair.

The Happy List |2019
Mental health is one of those things that will forever be at the forefront. It can consume, cripple, or motivate you. While it is starting to become normalized these days or should I say many people are attempting to.
Work Style File | Lookbook
Since it has been awhile since my last style file or what I wore this week this seemed to be the perfect time. The weather around this neck of the woods in California has been a bit chilly with foggy rainy mornings and sunny afternoons. For a reference, it has been around 57-65 degrees Fahrenheit here. Considering the fact that it is required to wear closed toed shoes in the office I rarely wear heels unless they are boots. That being said I still uphold a semi relaxed formal attire. All of these looks include soft, warm yet breathable material to provide all day comfort.

For the last post for January of this new year, 2019 I wanted to check in with you all. How are you doing with those resolutions? Let me know in the comments what they are and how the first month went.
Personally some of mine have done well while others have faded into the background seizing to surface until next New Year’s eve. Anyone else feel the same? Don’t get me wrong, my resolutions were made with a purpose, I even took the time to figure out how to execute them all. So… why did they all not succeed this first month?

Facing Anxiety | Winter Vacation
First and foremost I would like to apologize for missing last Saturday’s post day. I scheduled to post a youtube video on my top packing tips but it seemed too blah. Anyway let’s talk about anxiety.
A few months ago I received an opportunity which I would normally say no to. Tired of saying no, I said yes. It was a trip to Nevada with my best friend for his work. Prior to the trip I had planned to vlog the experience but it didn’t work out, sorry loves. The camera was fogging up due to the snow fall, it was a whole thing. Life is full of trial and error my friends.
Wellness Kit | Flu Season
Although I love the holiday season it unfortunately coincides with the dreaded flu season. Whether it’s a cold or a full blown flu, someone you know will come in contact with it. Show a bit of love by crafting together a wellness kit to help not only prepare but also protect your friends and loved ones from germs.
Aromatherapy for Anxiety: Does it Work?
Anxiety has been a constant roller coaster that I am tired of being on. After some research on how to surpass anxiety I came across aromatherapy as an all-natural remedy. The company Plant Therapy came up as a premium brand for aromatherapy, so I purchased the pre-diluted roll-on Worry Free Synergy.
How to: Love YOUR Hair
A bit of background
Until college I was hair shamed into straightening my naturally curly hair. From being teased in elementary school that I had an afro to waking up early in middle school to straighten my hair before school. In college I started to lose the stamina to straighten my hair every single day, so I didn’t do it all the time. It was not until a classmate asked well what are you, as she touched my hair that I started to feel weird again.
