Trends in swimwear go across the board from expensive to cheaper alternatives. When clothing is more expensive it does not mean that it is higher quality. Some of these dups are better then their counter parts so keep that in mind when shopping this season.
The Two Parter
One of my favorite trends this year is this two part swimsuit or bikini suspenders? Its unique flare adds something extra to this season’s selection. I would much rather add the yellow set to my collection. Plus it is not really two parts, it just looks that way. The lines are horizontal but since they vary in size it still has a sliming effect. In addition the color’s contrast which is a fun effect. On the right side the diamond swimsuit is cool but lacks vibrancy and a shape aid.

They Call Me Stripes
Colorful stripes are in this season and so is the open tie back; both of these options above have beautiful color scenes. Slimmer horizontal stripes appear well slimmer. However the right side has contrasting lines to portray a more flattering shape overall. By adding more lines to the back closer it creates a slimming effect compared to the pink hue that has less and appears stretched.

Animal Rage
Leopards, tigers but no bears guys. Animal prints are all over the place this season! Comparing these two is a bit tricky since I could not find one that was super similar in the type of bikini it is. Simply by comparing spots the more flattering of the two would be on the right. Larger spots are better for a smaller chest but the smaller spots are better for those with a larger chest.

Little Back Cut Out
Who wore it best? hmm… To reveal the belly button or not? The high leg on the right helps petites appear longer as does the cut out in general. A higher waistline helps keep the midsection under wraps, the top cut helps those with a busty chest as well (the left). Compared to the the high rise top that has the illusion of a larger chest and longer waist with the midsection being exposed. Both are the same trend but for vary different body types.
